Once upon a time it would take days weeks months to overcome an issue or a reaction to an issue. Now it seems to take only moments, well to be honest minutes occasionally hours. Wow what a relief to say the least.
What's changed with you, what have you been doing? you look more at peace, someone asked me the other day.

I guess its a culmination of so many tools I've received.
The consistent knowledge from the wise ones,my dru yoga teachers and the amazing aboriginal healers I've had the privelige to meet in the last year.

that is the key be aware of your thoughts, accept them and let go.
Easy to say, takes mindfulness and discipline to do.
Being gentle on yourself with compassion if you slip into the old patterns.
So what have I been doing?
more things I love to do to keep my energy high my vibe up so I don't slip so easily
Riding spirit my horse
Yoga but keeping it simple 10min to 30min a day
chanting mantra and singing mantra
meditating in the bush
Speaking lovingly to myself
Sometimes being tough with my mind NO STOP all is well, its ok everything is as its meant to be, breathe let go of fear, no need to compare you are you unique and beautiful
