Here's a great way to start the new year.

A fun day of light to embrace the energy of 2012. Dru yoga, breath work and meditation for letting go the old, clear your vision, empower your creativity and attune to your inner self, and then create a collage to envision your year ahead. We'll also learn a yoga sequence to empower those deep inner aspirations and goals.
